How do I order?

Go to our kits page, and click on the Buy Now button. You will then be taken to an online shopping cart where you can enter the quantity you are purchasing. Then you can enter where you want the item shipped. You will receive the total and after payment, you will receive a receipt.

After a school, community, or organization signs up what's next?

After signing up, you are taken to a confirmation page. Please click on the appropriate application link to digitally download the paper version of the application.

Once completed, please FAX the form to: (631) 656-4410.

The confirmation page will also have details and information available for download to help make this fundraising opportunity a success. If for some reason you didn't see the digital download link, all of the materials can be found by clicking the “Fundraising Kit” tab at the top of this website.

Can I send in a testimonial?

How to get latest information on the fundraising program?

To get the latest information, go to the homepage. The homepage lists the URLs to our blog, twitter, and Facebook. .

How do I get my school signed up?

Go to the homepage and click on the tab that says, Register Your School. After the website loads there is a simple form that takes minutes for you to fill out. Once filled out, there is a step-by-step process that will have you up and running as soon as that same day.

After signing up where do I get all the supplies that I need to begin?

After completing the full sign-up process, click on the Fundraising Kit tab on the top of the page. That will then give you everything you need (including a flyer, full media kit, and digital PDFs) that can be used to help promote this fundraiser.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped to the shipping address filled out during the payment process. All orders will be fulfilled within 14-28 days. Every shipment sent will include a tracking number and confirmation details. All shipping information and tracking numbers are available upon request.

The customer is responsible for return costs and any restocking fee. Please see below.

What is your return policy?

Every item may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must include original packing material, a copy of the original invoice, and the item. Please include reason for return on the original invoice.

Please note that every return will be charged a restocking fee of $3.50 and all purchasers are responsible for the return costs.

*Please be aware that returning is at your own risk. We are not responsible if we do not receive a returned item. No return will be refunded unless the item is received. We recommend adding a tracking to the package or a delivery confirmation so if it gets misplaced, you are protected.

We do NOT handle any tracking issues or shipment problems on returns. If you have any return shipping issues, please contact the service you used to ship the item.

What happens after you receive a return?

Once a return has been received, it takes 2-3 days to be processed. The return must have the original packing material, a copy of the original invoice (please write reason for return on invoice), and the kit.

If all the required materials are received, you will then receive a refund. Your refund will reflect a deduction of $3.50 for a restocking fee.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the return. The funds might take a couple of days to be processed and appear in your account. All funds are returned to the original method of payment. Example: If you paid by credit card, your refund should appear on your credit card.
